So, first I want to say that I stayed up LATE last night since the hubby was out with the guys, and I read a great story by a great writer... and loved it!!So on my day off today, besides the usual boring household chores and the new ones that I have acquired since the little bro has left, I went grocery shopping. Now I hate having to do this on my day off since I work in the grocery store I hate having to go when I don't have to. Anyway, I buy so much stuff that a clerk has to help me out to the car... hmm, big bills. Anyway, I tell her thanks for helping me push the second basket of groceries and she walks away. Another clerk who was gathering empty carts in the parking lot comes over to me as I am loading my trunk and says to me "You didn't want any help?" and I reply, "No, I'm fine thanks" and he says back to me "Well, I know that you're fine but..." then he proceeds to play with my kid for a minute and then starts helping me load the car anyway and when I look over at him he says "I guess you can see that I don't take no for an answer"... I mean really, is that the best he could come up with???Little bro called today and said he is BORED!! His roommates won't be there for another week and a half, so he is on his own for a while... hmmmm.That's it for now, VivPS.
