luck... fate... whatever...

It's a very fickle thing...

It takes me a while to fancy a guy, inevitably by that time he's probably gone back to an ex-boyfriend or lives on the other side of the country. I've almost come to expect such conditions to the point where I start talking to a guy I wonder what the end game will be.

I dunno what else to put here. I started five times, but end up censoring myself every time. Interesting really when it gets to the point where watch what you do and or say. lol I should do that more some days especially in some forums where I get a little heavy handed. Meh no difference though I haven't been around as much. Maybe because I percieve as everything new being everything that has been said before.

I feel dumb this morning. lol

It's quiet, in an unsettling way...

perhaps I should get out of here and get back to work.

Catch you all later.

Steve, if your first conversation with a new guy you fancy is clouded by thoughts of an eventual breakup, he may pick up some bad vibes. He may feel that you aren't really serious about a longer term relationship.

Try being more optimistic. Enter a new relationship with the expectation that you will find what you really want. I know, you think being optimistic just sets you up for a bigger letdown. If you are pessimistic, you almost assure that there will be a letdown.

Relax. Smile.

Good luck!

I hate to do this but there was an epic line in 'The Wizzard of Waveryley Place@ I know, I know.. Disney eeew. But Alex said something like.... I just act like things are going to happen the way I want them to and most of the time they do. It's a new twist on an old psychology which I believe may be called mirroring... the world mirrors your mood... so if you approach something believing it is going to work out well it will... you smile at people; they smile back, you go in with attitude; you get it back, you frown; they back away... that kind of thing.

As for watching what you say... well you are what you are and those who like you like you for who you are and those who don't like you don't count... so be yourself, always, for better or worse. It makes life easier in the end :)

Well that's an uplifting blog entry.biggrin.gif

You know, you're no different than the rest of us. We all say and do stupid shit sometimes. But you're a good person at heart, and that's really where it counts. So quit being such a f**king wet blanket.biggrin.gif
