primewordsmith Posted April 25, 2005 Posted April 25, 2005 For all fellow Danaholics who have been suffering delirium tremens due to lack of any recent Dawn of Tears injection, here it is from the Great Tease Himself:- Captain Kirk says: Pastor Jacobs ... killed a kid's parents and sold his sisters into slavery just so he could manipulate and own the kid. Oops, I think I just let out a big spoiler for DoT. I can't remember if we ever published that chapter yet...oh well. That should give DoT fans something to chew on until I get the story started up again (which does grow closer every day because I'm constantly writing small notes down while writing DOR.
primewordsmith Posted May 13, 2005 Author Posted May 13, 2005 Is this for real? ORN Richard <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Uhh-huh! PWS ROFLMAO. For a second there I thought PWS (PrimeWordSmith) had done a fan homage like Naper Vic did for Dom recently. Then I read further and realized I recognized that speech (vaguely). Finally I figured out that he cut and pasted the speech from DoT and I started laughing even harder. Beat that Vic! I know you're reading this! Good job there PWS. It made me laugh. Yes, they are two separate stories and they're going to stay that way. However, they do both have preachers in them. Just remember Pastor Jacobs isn't Jones Sr. Jones Sr. is a lot nicer man who never killed a kid's parents and sold his sisters into slavery just so he could manipulate and own the kid. Condor, you really should register and comment more, because you HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD on the main reason why there is so much a difference between Davey and his father. It shows one of the reasons why he has so much better success in this time than in the past two. timing is everything in these matters and this time, he timed it right (okay, couldn't resist the word play there). Oh, and I'm VERY glad to see people using the guest comment ability on this blog. I'd like to see more people use it!
