Opening chapter is up now, anyone can post here as to their opinions from the characters to where it's set. Have at it guys! Tap wont return to that bar anymore to make sure he doesnt bump into Tiaan. Both characters are still blindingly stubborn. But Tiaan is a bit of a dick with his past behaviour, although slight flashes of tenderness come through. Not enough for me to stop being annoyed by him! Great chapter! 1

Tap is caught in his cultural hangups including needing to please his parents and provide grandchildren which is not so different from many of us. It is an interesting dynamic and I eagerly await the next installment to see how they re-connect. Thanks for the review! We’re waiting to see them reconnect as well... you’re right...while Tiaan is figuring out what needed/needs to be done; Tap is the one who has managed to sort out his feelings. We know he has a past and that things are going where he wants. He watches Tap but doesn't seem to really be interested in getting to know him until the end. Tap has all sorts of things going on just below the surface. We don't know his full history and now I am guessing he ran because he is gay.. He seems to be carrying a lot of pain and I am just afraid Tiaan might not be the best one for him. Can't wait to see where you both take this. We're waiting to see where this goes as well! like you said: A lot behind them and let’s just say they have their fair share ahead of them as well! Lets see where their journey takes them! Tiaan is just one of the characters you can't grab and completely hate or love. He is an asshole but unfortunately you know he can redeem himself. Still don't know if he is going to be good for Tap or the worst possible mistake. You both do a good job at keeping the tension running and let us see things from both of them. Still want more of both their pasts so I can figure why one is so repressed and the other so much a user. Redeem? His is a conservative background which just gives the already difficult situation more incitement. Tiaan's qualms are the general, 'why do I feel this emotion I've never felt before for anyone?' But Tap's character is so appealing. I so understand what you've tried to portray from his tumult. 'I so want this but I can't." He wants to give it all but pulls back. 'now is okay but what about the future? Once the step is taken, the decision is irrevocable.' The conversations flow beautifully..the writing is simply amazing!
