Site Moderator drpaladin Posted August 21, 2015 Site Moderator Posted August 21, 2015 (edited) This one is hilarious. Send a message on a potato. Spud Missile Meet our startup of the week – Potato Parcel, a Texas business that sends hand-scribbled messages on Russet potatoes to friends, family, or anyone, really. Before you laugh, consider this: founder Alex Craig (above, in sunglasses and overalls (sans t-shirt, naturally)) claims to have averaged $10,000 per month in sales since he launched in May. The local ABC affiliate scored an interview that must be seen to be believed. Edited August 21, 2015 by drpaladin 1
Caz Pedroso Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 The most shocking thing is, that it doesn't actually shock me that this venture was a success. These days there seems to be a market out there for anything and everything. The only limitation is a persons imagination. 1
sandrewn Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 This is definetly food for thought. A penny (or more appropriately a spud) for your thoughts on this? Now I suppose that this song will have to be adjusted to include this new way of using the potato. Sandrewn 2
