rockycs Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Although I have MS Edge, Chrome and Firefox I generally use MS Edge as the everyday browser. I no longer get e-mails when stories I follow are updated and don't get any notifications either. Is MS Edge a supported browser? Thanks 1 Quote
Site Administrator Solution Cia Posted March 20, 2017 Site Administrator Solution Posted March 20, 2017 The notifications you receive via email wouldn't be dependent on the browser your use, they would be dependent on your notification settings. Some browsers work better than others, and Edge isn't fully compatible with the software we have, but that typically affects authors more than readers/members. However, I believe there are still glitches with the notification system and that is what has been causing issues. This upgrade is ongoing, and with the work week beginning again, fixes will take some time so we're asking that everyone be patient. Quote
