Hello! I Have A Personal Issue

I am guilty of not participating in the Community.  I do on some topics and writers some, I need to do it more.

 

I had an issue last night  I write all the time.  However I have Cataracts.  I was concerned because, until the Cataracts get to a certain size, I can't get treated by the VA.  I am putting this in place that if I don't post a chapter, no one here would know if I were sick or dead.  My writings would just stop.  That made me concerned about the stories and how they were stored and what would happen if...pause for the dramatic music....I die.  Daniel was always telling me "show me the money."  My stories have been with me and I didn't write them to keep in a notebook.  I wanted to share.  They...are my children.  They will keep going after I don't.  I AM NOT DYING!!  Not yet.  I have many stories in me I want to get down...some I need to finish.  If I don't post, know there is an issue.  I have no one to post a note saying what it is.  I will give my son the address and sign-in for this site if I do have an issue.  I hope he remembers to do that.  I want my stories to never end, but they will one day.  NOT ANYTIME SOON!  I hope.  Droughtquake suggested I do this as there are others that have issues visually and might have suggestions.  I will get treated for the Cataracts and will see fine...one day.  Until then, I was told to ask about the options.

It seems to me that you have mentioned three different issue there.

 

One about your stories and what happens to them.

 

Two about your readers and having them contacted should something happen to them. And you’ve provided your son with the means to let us know.

 

Three about your vision. I’ve mentioned a few things you can do with your computer to help you, some in the Comments, and some in PMs. You’ve said you’d look into those suggestions. But as a sighted person, I have no personal experience to share.
