I have published the first chapter of my story and now wish to publish the second chapter by submitting to modertaion. Where can I find the option 'Add chapter'?

Glad to hear , Thomas.

There is a great tool under the Help Tab on the solid red bar at the top of the page, under Post A Story on Gay Authors and the 3 topics. That should help you navigate everything for posting at GA.
