Looks good. What's interesting is that your story (so far) seems to be about 'normal' people, engaged in something way bigger then they are. It's kind of refreshing from all the Saviour-Of-The-Universe types. Definitly waiting for more.

I spotted this thread a while back, and then forgot to have a look. I remembered today, and read your story. I love it! I hope you continue it.
