The way the music company, or agents are using him make me almost glad that I only ever sang in the church choir. You hear, so many stories like this where the agent or the manager as ripped the artist off or tied them into contract so tight that they never make any money for themselves. So glad Tony has our hero in his corner. Making the singer only sing the songs they want is so wrong in so many different ways. If the talent in there then it needs nurturing and encouraging. Still waiting for my CD... the ladies in my shop would just love to have him come in and song to them.

Sad but a nice ending to the chapter and there you go giving us all a little more toe curling... Please I want some!!!

I am loving Tony and hope that he makes it and finds his confidence in his voice. Loving it!!!!! We got the results of my sons scan. They have told him that he has a severe leak in the heart and that without surgery then his future looks bleak. They even said that was the reason that they could not send him home until the surgery. By Friday he will know the care plan that they have managed to put into place. They even told him that if they considered the waiting time too much that they would be referring him to a private hospital for the surgery. He has been told that his heart could fail at any time, so they are keeping him in until after the operation. As he was talking, tears fell yet again... all I know is that a dad should not have to see his son suffering like this.

I love Tony... I always sang in choirs but never had the courage to go it alone. Would have loved to have been able to develop my voice more. I my mind I have always been a world famous opera singer... Used to be in Am Dram and that was the closest I ever got to being on stage.

I love these guys... It takes me back to when I was a young kid, I actually served a mission for the church I belonged to(I was well in the closet). I was down south and had a companion that used to run, so I tried; had never done anything like that before. I loved it and was jogging a 5 mile within no time. I don't think 2 years ago I would have recognised him as pernicious anaemia that nearly killed me. I remember the feeling of freedom as I ran all those years ago... thank you.

Thank you... If anything I think he's bored... Sent him one of the stories that I wrote years ago (That should bore him!). Tonight he sent a WhatsApp stating that it reminded him of when he was a little kid when I used to make stories up at bedtime. It was good to hear from him, he had the first procedure this morning and said all went well... Thank you.

Apple pie... Apple pie and custard... Coor missis, giz a bit! I been such a goodboy🥰I love homemade apple pie... Been an eventful weekend, found out my oldest kid is facing open heart surgery and is set to be in hospital for an extended period on the critical ward... For some reason you never expect your kids to get sick. Even my partner was in tears after the phone call yesterday. Thank you.

Normality, our boys seem to work well together the boss enjoys having them around. I wonder if his fan club will expand as word gets around about his singing? Love the story.

If he has a spare set of drawers I could do with a set as my drawers are forever dropping! (ooo errr missis!) You know what I mean

Loved the chapter... always wished that I could sing... Been a member of loads of choirs and sang solo parts but never had the courage to go it alone, so to speak.

Loving the story so far... Shame though its getting late and only just been able to read it. Back at work and it is, so good to see all of my clients. It maybe only a charity store but many of them come in on a daily basis because it's the only contact that they have with anyone. My back aches, my shoes split and I had to buy new on the way home, but I'm out at last. Though we still have to get back to normal, it is good to be working again. Not having worked for, so long I can understand how the guys feel about their jobs at the store. I maybe a numbers man, but I have always loved working in retail. Hell some of the old ladies come in just to flirt.

As always I love the story and found that I could very easily put myself in the position of the hero and understand where he was coming from. I do feel it's the father's parents and that's why he's always there but either way it is pure arrogance of the the mother to expect others to do what she wants and what is so blatantly WRONG. Parents should be there for their kids... no matter what. I imagine the shack would be quite a peaceful get away, especially with all of the madness that we have around at the moment.

I could do with visiting Mount David like Alex did... WOW! All I got was an absolutely exhausting day - At least we are back to work and it felt good to be useful again; especially when my regular customers came in just to make sure that I was doing okay. One even told me not to have my lockdown hair cut, as longer hair suits me. Was so happy when the shift ended though, not working for months make your muscles get unused to all of the lifting and running about.
