Chapter 7 After the Famine, a Feast
sojourn commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 7 After the Famine, a Feast
I had to force myself to stop and post a comment. It would be easier, but more frustrating if I had to wait for the next chapter to be posted. I am thoroughly enjoying Patrick. Peter is a real catch, a strong and loving father to Michael. Bet those two are sexual dynamite when they finally get naked together. Jim -
Chapter 5 Coming out with the truth
sojourn commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 5 Coming out with the truth
I thought I would never scroll through the comments, there were so many. I came here out of curiosity and stayed for the story. I am sorry I didn't post a comment sooner. Great story! I have searched the site for stories I might like. I tried to use GA's search engine, I have gone through "most liked" "favorite" etc. I am surprised I hadn't found your stories before. They are in my browser's favorites now. Thanks for sharing your talent. Jim -
I firmly believe "Love" is a verb. The bath was love. Love is strongest when it's needed most. Thanks for posting your comments

I like that there are 'matters' to be taken care of after reading one of my chapters. Thanks again for posting your comments. Sleep well and be 😎 relaxed. Jim

It's reflecting a little "Transactional Analysis" here, but they are communicating adult to adult. Thanks again for posting your comments. Jim

You have captured my thoughts on the Sheriff precisely. I contend Paul was more or less a catalyst. He was everything the Sheriff could never be... an out, proud, professional with a family. He was a troubled, evil man. Thanks for posting your comments. Jim

Wow! Emboldened and italicized text, not to mention "cool" emojis. I am impressed! I love the enthusiasm. I also like the way you think about the Mayor, et al. Thanks for posting your graphically outstanding (and sweeet) comments. Jim

You should see the big grin on my face after googling "Ohrwurm". I love it! Thanks for posting your comments. I take it as an act of payback, on your part, that I will spend the next 15 minutes trying to translate the German phrase that probably means "no money means no chance at contributing to any future gene pool". "I'll take 'Foreign Phrases' for 1000, Alec"..... Not! Please any other readers reading this... Do Not "like"! It will only serve to encourage the propagation of foreign languages and anachronisms. (Actually "Ohrwurm" might be a modern word or even a foreign word. But, you get my point, right?) Seriously, thank you for taking your time to post your comments. Now on to cut and paste and google. Jim

I almost, almost went back to look for the joke, then I remembered the "honking". Now why did typing that remind me of "The Shining". I have a very strange mind. Thanks for posting your comments. Comments and emails keep me motivated. Jim

Actually that was a trap... to see if anyone ever read my story..... gotchaFuxed and Thanks I hope everyone knows I meant to say, "gotcha, fixed it and thanks". Jim

Thanks for posting your comments. Finding them is still hit or miss. I believe responding to comments is a fun and obligatory aspect of posting a story. I try to stay on top of them, but as this proves, I am not always successful. And YES I do blame G A for not improving this situation. I have found comments, like yours, that were posted years ago to my stories. I thought people just stopped reading them. I quit writing for several years, partly because I thought no one was reading my stories anymore. How was I to know GA just stopped emailing notifications. They didn't bother sending me an email notification notifying me that they quit sending email notifications. And to this day I still get the newsletter, but not a single notification of any kind. NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL ME TO CHOOSE IN SETTINGS. When I first discovered I had "comments" from years ago, I felt responsible and too embarrassed to post a response after so long a time lapse. Now, I think it is important that GA share at least part of the blame. (While I ignored my own stories, I did continue to read on GA through these past few years.) So, I, most likely, won't comment on a comment you most likely won't remember posting to a story you won't remember having read. All the same I get the satisfaction of knowing that I have responded to every comment posted regarding my stories. Who knows, maybe you will get an email "notification" regarding my response. God knows, I won't. Thanks for posting your comments. They help keep me motivated. Respectfully, Jim Ford

"A great feel good read". Exactly my goal. Thanks for posting your comments. Jim

I get the sneaking impression I may have used the term "your mate" in an email praising another Aussie's writing skills. Co-inkydink? Me thinks not. Thank you for your kind words of encouragement. Jim

WOW! HoHo, Nobody ever comments on my sex scenes. Thank you! My goal is to create a good story with believably hot sex scenes. Believe me, your comment is the closest anyone, except OTT, has come to actually saying they are hot. Thanks for posting your comments. I don't feel like a chapter is complete until I have read what you have to say. Jim

I am so glad you enjoyed. Early on it disturbed that the more I wrote, the more I realized Christmas would not be coming soon. Don't know why I felt pressure from that idea. Thanks for posting you comments. Jim

The Tesla caught the Deputies patrol car first, with the Suburban not far behind. Ilya has Tink on his side. Together than can clear away video evidence as well as people's memories.😉 Thanks for posting your comments. Jim

What a profound observation. I am grateful that you took the time to post your comments. Jim

I hope the "trajectory" is on target. I hope you continue to read and enjoy my story. I know it takes an almost leap of faith to get past just the first chapter. Folks generally liked it. I hope you will too. Jim
