I'm quite often in there. all alone... on my lonesome... Oh and I should point out that just looking at the bottom of the forum frontpage doesn't always work, there are some semi-regulars in chat that are set to invisible, and so don't show up, and some others that for whatever reason just don't show up on the list. and some that show up whether they're in or not sometimes...

I left the movie with one huge resonating question... Why were the spartans SCOTTISH!? I saw it, I found it reasonable, I walked in with no knowledge of the comic, and little knowledge of the actual battle/history of it (my schools sucked for teaching history). I walked out of it, still with little knowledge of the history and an offer from my dad to dig out his old copies of The Oddessy and Illiad (In both english and ye-olde greek... aka scottish apparently). I dont expect it to be in the language its supposed to be mimicing, but atleast be in english with the affectations and accent of the language it is supposed to be mimicing.... sigh. and I got no snuggles from cute friend that I went with THIS IS SPARTA!

Glad to see I'm not the only one confused about the fighting thing... I just finished a re-read of TLW since this was posted. 2 sittings. *looks proud* Am I the only one who isn't phased by the Owen/ /Aiden separation. Dom obviously has something up his sleeve. I'm just having problems with placing the timeline. Months or years....

Hey blackbird/raven. I felt like that for my first... Oohh year!... but its just that I wasn't letting myself see how cool everyone here is. Apart from, of course, those who dont UPDATE THEIR STORIES enough. Ahem. You'll get to know everyone pretty fast, and they're all welcoming. You're right though, joining will make you want to write more... and more... and more. Just to keep up with the other guys (and gals) here.

I blame dom... In the nicest possible way of course. Though I think I'd been here pre-dom, just for a look around. (something to do with comicality.. maybe)... then I lurked.. for a year. ahem.
