my tattooist had a wonderful way of explaining to people to come to him about fad tattoos and the like. "CASH ONLY" and when people ask why, the reply goes like this: You cannot decide after a day or a week that you do not like the tattoo, come back and get a refund. therefore you must pay in a way which means you cannot get a refund. he, like most good tattoo artists, will not do a tattoo he considers frivolous, silly, or wanted entirely for comedic purposes.

some gay people do ask strangers for sex...so do a lot of straight people, bi people etc... this isn't even the most extreme example i've seen in recent months.

i'm going to start with: we have it lucky in England, so so so lucky compared to most of the rest of the world. as Never Surrender and Ieshwar said, most of the rest of the world isn't doing so well, and there are plenty of awful examples. and i come from and live near Brighton, one of the most gay friendly cities on the planet. and yet, two miles outside the centre of town there was a guy beat up for being gay. his attackers called him all sorts of things i won't repeat. i now live in the countryside say 15 miles out of town, and i know people who i could not tell about my sexuality, because not only would they not understand, but they would cease contact with me because of it. even in places where we are lucky to be accepted, not everyone is accepting. when, if and how someone wants to come out, that can only ever be a personal choice. you could live in the most amazing and accepting place on earth, but if you have no support network, it might still suck.

and yet i would say a lot of this information is a bit pointless. only 7% of people can name the first four US presidents in order? I can't even name you the most recent US presidents, or the four first UK presidents. does this make me dumb? no. does it impact on my daily life? no. Can i make a meal and work out it's nutritional properties and match complimentary LBV proteins for a full range of amino acids? Yes. some information is way more useful/interesting than other bits. i can also describe the history of modern raising agents and how it is that the US speaks English instead of Dutch and why Cinnamon is so important in that. knowing exact dates and names of people long dead seems much less important somehow...

hun, i never read them through at all before posting on LitE (let it's name never be spoken again, bastards who run the site won't let me delete my account...) they were uploaded exactly as they were typed. it's not like that place has any stamp of quality, and as one reader said, "authors are not beholden to use, contractually or otherwise. this stuff is free, quit bitching" so i didn't care so much. Here we have a readership who are accountable and honest and who care and so i want to make sure the story is in tip top condition for you to read. also, bad Tim, you lose points for cheating!

it's taken me long enough aye? i am so excited to hear useful feedback on Born Wolf, like you say, without getting trolled and flames by people with nothing better to do. hopefully you'll find this version easier to read, it's been cleaned, pressed and combed for typos and spelling mistakes.

Degan is definitely more influential on Kurt than Dick and Barbara are. Jene is in her early twenties, so you you can naturally preclude that if Degan had kids young, and his kids had kids young, than he is in his early sixties. wolves don't age like humans do (like dogs they stay in their prime for years and then become old and weak all very fast), so he'd appear younger, and be generally stronger.
