Jase oath seems a bit overstated since he failed Macy. That sure was a narrow escape for a chicken sandwich but sometimes fate can be like that! Very beautifully written and with powerful description!

That was one hell of a chapter! I sure hope that Macy is going to be ok, but time will tell. And Swift good guy or bad it is hard to get a read on him! And the bad guys sure have their own evil powers seems they can block Jase's power of knowing where Macy is with fingers crossed I read on!
