Chance´s dad and brother are supportive and so is Dex. It´ll be interesting to see how it is at school. But like Chance said he isn´t the only gay in there and no-one minds about Rick, so he should be fine too. Chance´s dad didn´t worry much about his 14 year old son, if he didn´t even check how he was when hiding in his room.

Nice chapter and quite a day for Chance, someone gave him a rose and Rick offered something different. On to the next chapter to find out what´s happening next.

Amber made such a foll of herself by turning up at the wedding. She is very stubborn or is it stupid? Why make such a scene when she must have known she wasn´t welcome? And how did she get past the front door? Not very good guards. Otherwise a lovely chapter

Such a wonderful story! I enjoyed every chapter even thou I was in tears while reading most of them. Once again you had created brilliant characters and the story was great. Loved the ending.

Did they really just stand there and watch and no-one helped but Gwen? How horrible! Perhaps that´ll be explained in the epilogue.....I really, really want Connor to be ok.

Gwendoline to rescue, how wonderful. She´s just the person Isaac needs on his side, to look after him and take care of the things in the community. Once again you made Isaac´s fear very real. He´s so scared and yet he wants to help the community that betrayed him so badly.

You describe Isaac´s fears so well, it must be scary to think about facing all those people who were his family and who betrayed him. He is scared but with Conner on his side to protect him, he might be ok.

I was reading this chapter on my phone in a bus and doing my best not to cry It took me a long time to finish, could only read a sentence or two before stopping and taking few deep breaths. Otherwise I would have cried. Your writing is very good Connor telling about what happened to him and his father was very sad and horrible. People can be so cruel to each other, and treating a child like that is ghastly. No wonder Connor is the way he is. Now they know each others pasts and perhaps understand one and other better.

Connor is very passionate about his country. What will happen when he needs to go back to Ireland? Will Isaac go with him or will he be left heartbroken in England? Shouldn´t worry about that, not yet, but I´m sure it´ll come.

You have created a wonderful character in Connor. He is so hard outside but there is a soft spot inside and it´ll be great seeing him fall for Isaac. Too bad it´ll probably end in tears and heartbreak.

Absolutely brilliant chapter, so intense and powerful Poor Isaac, he´s so confused and scared about everything. I still say that party was much too soon for him, he´s not yet ready to face the world and all the family. Not sure he´s ever ready for someone like Connor, who´s a wonderful character and probably has few secrets of his own. I´m a bit annoyed with Jon and Sean, one of them should have stayed with Isaac all the time, they know better than anyone how insecure and scared he is. They shouldn´t have left him alone.

Poor Isaac, the world must be overwhelming for him and now he has to cope with a party and meeting a lot of people he has never met before. I think the party is much to soon for Isaac. The Irish side of the family seem....interesting, dangerous and most likely leaving Isaac heartbroken... Conversation between Isaac and Jon at the end got me in tears, Jon is such an amazing brother.

The beginning of this chapter, where Isaac was thinking about being scared and not being able to trust, that was very powerful. Everything must be so scary for Isaac, now he´s supposed to trust complete strangers after people he had known all his life betrayed his trust. I can´t even begin to understand what that´d feel like. Wherever he ends up living will be so different from the community. Jon and Sean probably are the best option for Isaac. Jon and Sean keep getting more and more adorable

Another lovely character, I love Gwendoline, she is so sweet and caring, and giving that photo was just perfect. Once again Jaden is looking after Isaac and feeling protective. I hope Jaden´s dad will let Jaden and Isaac see each other. Only reading this chapter I realised there must be another family, Isaac´s mother must have a family too. Wonder what they´ll be like.

You are right, Jon and Sean are adorable, I hope they can keep their promise to stay together forever. That proposal was so sweet Little Jaden is cute and so protective of his new friend, and that is good, Isaac needs looking after You are very good at creating lovely characters (as well as evil ones).

I like Jon, he´s great and I think he´s just what Isaac needs. A brother and especially a gay brother, who will help him and who will understand him. I´m sure they will become great friends quickly. I wish I could keep on reading but I need some sleep....
