  1. Okay, I admit that was a cliffie... Contrary to popular opinion, I don't use them often.
  2. CJ better be careful if he does; gingers are always troublemakers. Just to mention 2, Prince Harry and WolfM's Skyler. LOL Wait until you meet Sean!
  3. I spent some serious time with Chip. He, and the rest of CJ's fathers' friends, will influence how CJ sees the world and how he handles his own relationships.

    Glory Days

Although some readers objected to the constant banter, it's a fixture in the series. Based mostly on how I interacted with my brothers and cousins and motorcycle club members.
  5. We'll hear more about Dragon's sex life...
  6. Thanks. Some of it was from memory based on my time at GU and multiple visits to the city for work (EY did tax training in DC) Having a CPA as a father should help CJ when it comes to finances. Right now, he's still in shock. But he'll always be quick to recover.

    Sunrise Surf

Brett's parking was such a throwaway scene but it did help define him: when in doubt, take over. There are about half a dozen bingers of the series right now and I keep rediscovering little gems when I reply to comments. Got a new one who started Summer this week so I'm reliving the early years. LOL
  8. Don't hold back, tell us what you really think. LOL Can you believe this was written 10 years ago? God, I was so green...
  9. I did think of Cesar as having a steel backbone wrapped in soft-fuzzy material. He's all friendly and shit but watch out.
  10. Stick with it and I'm certain you WILL enjoy. Some parents should be shot on sight. Just read something about a couple arrested when their 7 filthy kids were found living with caged rats, reptiles, and other animals. Some had to have their heads shaved because their hair was so matted, and none had ever gone to school.
  11. Thank you, Albert
  12. I try to find new ways for my characters to defend themselves regularly.

    Happy Hour

The book/movies definitely influenced my characters.

    Late Lunch

One day I may have to involve the grandfather in the main series; maybe he'll tell us where Jimmy Hoffa's buried. LOL

This was another attempt to provide background on some of the secondary characters in the CJ series. Glad you liked it.

@Reader1810 I have no idea how I missed your comments. I'm happy with how this turned out considering it started as a little prompt response, evolving into more once I folded Tony (and Colt) into the CJ series.

Wingnut's an old nickname for airmen the way jarhead is for Marines. His parents' death was my way of freeing Ritchie from captivity so he and CJ could be together.

Glad you agreed. They were meant to die from the moment I conceived them, but we have readers who'd prefer they lived and suffered. Sometimes I can't be bothered. LOL
  19. Glad you enjoyed it, Albert.
  20. This is one of those stories I wrote when my outrage influenced my writing. Trump's little stunt showed him to be a dictator wannabe even before the 2020 election and his attempts to overturn the results.

    Chapter 21

Too bad an Only Fans account would interfere with CJ's political aspirations. I bet those scenes would be hot.

    Chapter 21

At last! I didn't bring WOOF, Sean, or my Ethan up waiting to see who'd recognize them. CJ & Co have cameos in several stories, and Wolf's one of the authors I trust with my characters. I love crossovers too! And while on the subject, CJ himself is slated for an appearance in another story. It should post tomorrow. @Libby Drew has a great Premium story set a few years in the future in Washington, D.C. Wanna guess who the city's mayor is at the time?
  23. This was one of my favorite stories to write. I kept the whole thing tight and it gave me a chance to introduce some great characters who populate future installments. Glad you liked it, Albert.

    Silvio

I alternated high-drama chapters with calmer ones, and I think it worked.

    Fernando

And now and then, they're so juicy I keep them around. LOL It's why I had him make an appearance in CDMX.
