You know it's going to be a loooong weekend when you hear water running but no faucet is on in your apartment... I've followed the sound to the bathroom and when I opened the door water was running down the side of the door jam, seeming to come out from between the top of the door jam and the tiles covering the walls... I ran the the upstairs neighbors (took 3 big insisting knocks before he finally opened the door ) and he said he was just coming out of the shower and there was some water on the floor... Since then the water has stopped leaking in my bathroom and there doesn't seem to be any damages (that I can see or so far 😬). I've texted my landlord to alert him and send an email to my assurance company to at least leave a written proof just in case...
