    Happy Monday Nicky and the gang No heat and no snow today though we had a dusting of snow yesterday and some are forecast for Tuesday night and Wednesday. The news are talking about 5 to 20 cm so we'll se cause there's a world between those 5 cm the transports can still go but 20cm for here and everything is blocked

    Thanks Bertie! Unfortunately my sourdough died the day after I made bread... It was too liquid so I tried to feed it a bit but the next day it had phased. I feed it again but it keep phasing so down the drain it went Plus I was going back to the apartment and my little oven can barely go 180°C so going up to 250°C... I don't think it'd survived I'll tried again the next time I'm going to dad. This time I'll prep the sourdough starter in advance so it's ready when I go there.

    That sounds lovely! I love the snow! We might have some here Tuesday evening and Wednesday. I'm good. Had a lazy morning then did some batch cooking (tartiflette for dinner and mashed potatoes and carrots purée to have during the week) then some tidying around the apartment.
