No one is really slacking but différents schedules and methodes are clashing and having a bad influence on our friendship
Things is I've been working with Deborah since last year (yet we've only work just the 2 of us once) and it was friendship at first sight, we have the same way of thinking to the point we're finishing each othe sentences and my thinking can go all over the place and she manages to makes sense of it all on the paper. She works one day per week 2h30 away and has to deal with inflammatory pains. She lives above me.
On the other side there's Sarah who we get along very well outside of work and who had to face a lot in the last few months (miscarriage, discovering she would never be able to carry to term, a stomach abces and a suicide in her family) plus she works a lot and when she's not working she's resting from exhaustion (cause she doesn't want to depends on her boyfriend she lives with). And Friday evenings are spend with her boyfriend.
So Sarah seems to thinks Deborah and I have secret meetings without her cause things are so fluide between us and we like to not wait the weekend before a presentation, to brainstorm on every free moments we have between classes instead of working separately and just putting it all together at the last moment.
And then there's me trying to keep the peace between those 2 who can be hot heads... 3 is not a good number
