    I've prepped apricots and cherries to make jam tomorrow. I've found them in the "ugly vegetables" aisle when I went grocery shopping. Both at half price so really worth it. They were a bit over ripped but on 1kg of apricots I've took off half one and on the 700g of cherries I've took off maybe about 8 pieces. Though now my hands and nails are badly stained despite washing them with a brush 5 times.

    I had never tried essential oils before I started making my own cosmetics (soaps, shampoo...). I've just put peppermint EO on nasty bug bits on my finger and little toe and instantly the itching stopped. Also now I smell good

    Sacrilege! Speaking of meat since I don't go to the big grocery store i don't see sexy butcher anymore but at the smaller one where I go now there's been a new young butcher that not bad on the eyes and twice our fingers touched when he handed me his meat

    Yeah I'll keep them to cook but those at the grocery store are at least twice as big. Those are between a pinky size and 2 thumbs size.

    Someone shared this beautiful picture of Amiens on Twitter Fun fact: you'll notice that the man standing in the middle of the river Somme - it's a wooden statue - is wearing a t-shirt. Well every year after classes have started again, around October, there's some kind of competition between college students of the different schools. The goal is to be the first one to put a t-shirt with the color of your school on said wooden statue. Of course it take place at night (and with the help.of some alcohol)
