Yeah though those molds arent very handsy to do that https://www.alicedelice.com/moule-a-gateau-battu-en-fer-blanc-16-cm-8-10-parts-matfer-p-43472
They're also very dangerous. They're made of very very thin white iron. Yesterday I've knock my pinky on the border and got a bad cut!
I've made "gâteaux battus" which is kinda like a very fluffy brioche with lot of egg yokes and butter, specialty from picardie. I'm about to take them out of the over but realized I've forgotten to butter and floured the molds... let's hope they come out correctly

I can't wait for exams to be over so I can focus on a new exciting project.
My aunt did a professional training in massages, especially Indian style of the neck/shoulders/face/scalp. Her final goal is to resign from her office job for that new chapter in her life. She says it's already doing pretty well, word of mouth spreading fast with people talking about making it a regular thing (her last 3 Saturday were booked solid and she made a buy 10 get 1 free cards).
So anyway we were talking about my new passion/obsession for soaps making and she said she'd be very interested on working on making a Christmas collection to offer to her clients at the end of the year and make a sort of package for those buying gift card for a massage so they'd get a little something instead of just a piece of paper
Maybe I'll become a business woman
I don't want to jinx it but I think I've ace my 1st exam named philosophy and actuality. There was a piece of article about covid. I first talked about how it rised questions about our freedoms and then for the second question how it's all an anthropocene due to a zoonosis and concluded saying mankind brought it all on himself 🤷🏻♀️ I kinda felt like a genius when I tape the final . at the end of that conclusion
Yesterday evening I've finally put the green and yellow beans plants in the garden with a melon and a zucchini plant. I've separated and replanted in bigger pots the cauliflowers, cucumbers and watermelons plants.
And today I've planted two zucchini plants and a peach tree, grown from a pit dad had spit in the garden and I had later found after it had sprout, at grandma. I've picked a couple of rhubarb to freeze until we have enough to make jam for grandma.
It was a beautiful and warm day spent by the sea. Despite restaurants still being closed there was a lot of people in town (some "cheat" by selling platters of seafood for people to take away and eat by the beach)
The hairdressers had been had to the essential workers for the last lockdown. I went about a month ago. Cut them above my shoulders and had a perm.
At not 25 years old yet my brother have had a few white hair since 2 years now... I don't have any yet 🤞if he's following in our dad's foot steps he'll go bald at 30 too
I was going to say it must have been enough to make a wig for the locks of love but maybe you only have 3 hairs fighting on a shiny head
I did my brother's 2 days ago... there was such a mount of hair you'd have think a poodle was lying at my feet! He always wait to the last moment, then the hairdresser is booked solid so I do then
