Yup. I was really relaxed. An other tutor will visit me in 3 weeks, then today's tutor will be back in January and then they'll both come mid March. Then they'll send they're evaluations to the head of the district who will sign on my tenure
This morning I had the first visite from one of my 2 tutors for my tenure at the end of the year. It went really well. She was supposed to leave after recess at 10h20 but ended up staying until 12h15. She said it was clear I'm in the right place, that I have a great relationship with my students, that my lessons are good. Of course not everything is perfect and some points can always be even better like the moment my pupils are entering the classroom. She suggested I let them st standing until it quiet. They use do to that at first but I told them not to do it anymore as I'd rather they dice straight to work but they're very chatty. Also for french lessons I'm using a method which is working good but as my student s have a great level I need to find more activities to keep them challenged. She also offered lot of help about how to navigate around the parents of students with difficulties.
But she left saying she has not doubt about my tenure at the end of the year 🤞
