Maybe, I am using a random name generator set for Canadian names... and aside from it spitting out Declan every second name or Callum... it's not the best... it tends towards the same few names over and over... When I don't know what to call someone in the text I use the name Miller then find/replace. Miller is a good name because unless I am writing a fantasy novel, it's not going to cause Peterlications or SitTomions. Which irritate me and happen far too often. TBH I write so many stories, names are my biggest problem. I recycle names, over use some... there are so many Matt's in my stories just because that was my first boyfriend's name, and ALL of the Matt's I write are based, somewhat, on his personality.

And having Merrick killed, right in the middle of SWAT teams kicking down the doors to his businesses, and arresting his people would be a massive mistake... not when he can wait, using the law firm, and ride this out. Then, when the board is quieter. Remember Merrick does die, just WHO kills him waits to be seen. And besides, a good villain on a revenge arc... classic for a reason.
