This is a very good point, and one I should coach with care. Ben is Largely written as Asexual, however he is not. I do not wish to diminish the Asexual community, nor readers, so I will say that his Asexuality is a part of his condition, and his getting past it is him dealing with his own particular brand of issues. It in no way is meant to say that "find the right person will cure..." which is a harmful narrative. So please afford me a little room with the character, and know that I am not endeavouring to write Asexual erasure. (I hope that's clear)

This is... surprisingly apt for Ben. He's definitely learning something. Just... be aware, Ben isn't there yet and we already know from the Services station that he likes to reassert control after he's been taken unaware.
