This is very exciting! And ominous! Pictures and scary letters. But a rose plant is lovely. I really enjoyed this chapter.

Poor cops and the town...but it's not their fault. I mean, obviously you want to be looking for the signs but if people are hiding them and there are no obvious things and they're lying then how would you know? I'm so glad that Avery's safe in the hospital and that Desiago guy better frickin get arrested. The prick. I hope he and the father rot in jail. I think this story is so fantastic the way it really gets you invested in the characters to the point where you're willing them to do things that you obviously have no control over (you're the writer, we're just readers) but this is a testament to how phenomenal you've woven this story so congrats and I cannot wait for the next chapter.

Ohh! I would be so pissed too. I completely hate how they cremated her. That's just beyond rude. Mark needs to move on from this so called family of his. They obviously don't care about his physical or emotional well-being which are the basics of being a family (in my opinion). Glad Brent isn't going to put up with this crap from his wife. That's unacceptable and I'm glad he's standing up to Jackie. I have a feeling he will have good things in his future. And poor Mark! I would have lost it too. Hang in there! I would give you a hug but you're a fictional character so *imaginary hugs*.

I really like this. I love that Kieran is realizing that while he doesn't want to get injured, racing is his dream and it's something he doesn't want to give up. I love that Robin is being so understanding and seeing the different sides of Kieran. It's so cute and I love them together. Keep up the great work! This was a great chapter! I love the way that Jason wouldn't let him go. This was very well written! It's kind of evil to have a cliff hanger but it does leave us in anticipation for the next!
