    Hi Thorn At least you got out of bed. My alarm went off at seven, and i then woke up at eight when i was meant to be leaving to meet my parents. I haven't moved so fast for ages. i made it only a few minutes late.

    I'm good. I've downloaded software that stops me from accessing social media (and GA) websites at certain times so I can get more writing done. It's great but it means less time to log on to chat. How have you been?
