Well, technically Vash is still an orphan as his parents are dead. But, he wasn't taken in as an orphan since it was his Alpha who orderd his parents deaths. Thank you for commenting and I am so sorry I missed it and didn't reply sooner.

Yes you're right Adam is pregnant, but Jackson and Adam wouldn't let him be hurt. Vash needed human blood. Adam was the only mostly human person on hand.
