Thanks, I do so love to write those scenes... It's only been a short time since the accident... these things need to run their course... The doctor said months... plus wedding planning is it's own special kind of headache, lol

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. Danni is a very complicated character. He was assaulted like Tony only his went much further. He wasn't rescued. The Danni persona comes from that experience, it is a defense mechanism. When he finds love, it allows him to be himself again. I hope that helps explain the character slightly.

I wouldn't count on Marjorie being in the Christmas mood for very long, but Tony has already shown he can hold his own. Boy, he sure has grown in the three years since he came out...

The trip back from my parents was uneventful. It was overcast but snow free. Marcus made great time and had us home by one. After a quick lunch, Marcus went into the office for a couple of hours. I spent time doing our laundry and straightening up around the condo. Mom sent leftover ham and pineapple casserole home with us, so dinner was good to go. Marcus called me about five and let me know he would be a little later than expected. I asked him if there was a problem and he sounded evasive. "

We left for New Hampshire at first light. The weather report showed snow in the mountains of Massachusetts. It wasn't going to be a major storm, just a slight annoyance for traveling. Marcus was driving and really having no difficulty at all. On the other hand, the falling snow was causing me to have the beginnings of a headache. The grocery store was less than a mile from the condo. As I made a left hand turn on the green arrow… CRASH The car spun around. My head hit the side window. The car hit the light pole. The airbags went off; it felt like I'd been punched in the face. I sat there stunned for a moment; I picked up my phone and called Marcus. "Babe what did you forget?" "Accident… hurt… love you… " My brain had trouble forming complete thoughts. I just wanted be sure Marcus knew how I felt. "Tony? Tony..."

Things were going so smoothly... you know life throws the occasional bump in the road at you... My, I'm not sure 100 chapters are coming, but I know there is lots more to tell in this story!

As I told Lisa, Marcus would never say bitch in front of Tony's parents... Even if his mother deserved it said to her face. Marjorie will be back... lets see how the boys handle the return of "the bitch on wheels."

Danni was going to be a character from the picnic only when I initially outlined this story. He has become one of my favorite characters in the story. He is so much fun to write.
