I didn't think I would like this story. Usually I steer clear of stories about abuse and rape because I just don't have the stomach for it. But I was curious about this story with its hundreds of comments and five star ratings. Wow. It's so much more than a dark story about abuse and rape. It's the story of a boy who does whatever he can to survive, in spite of all the terrible things and people he faces. The story made me laugh and cry. It's full of great lessons,too. I read all 56 chapters today in one sitting, and I can't wait for the next installment. Like everyone, I'm rooting for ZAndy and hope that Andy can finally find peace and love with Zander and the Stevensons. thank you for sharing your gift and this amazing story with us.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this story. It was so good, full of heart and humor. Very well written and lovely, 3 dimensional characters who are not perfect. I appreciated that the both characters had flaws, but we're able to see past the other's flaws and be supportive and understanding. I can't wait to read more from you.

Wow. That was such an awesome story. i loved how you portrayed the two characters. Although Drake and Alec are polar opposites in terms of skills and appearance, they both share a strong sense of integrity and compassion. I hope that finding the winterblade brings them some semblance of peace. I fear that both sides will hunt them down in order to possess the powerful weapon. If only there was some way that the two sides could come to an understanding or truce. I eagerly look forward to the sequel and commend you on creating such an engaging story with equally engaging characters. Well done!

Wow. I just read this story for the first time, and couldn't put it down. It's so very good, with wonderfully complex and realistic characters and a riveting story line. I can't wait for any sequel involving kayden and Damien. Maybe it could invole the hunters and mine operation mentioned earlier or Damien's rule as king and his attempts to improve living conditions for slaves and nekos. Whatever you decide, I'm sure it will be great and can't wait to read more from you. You should be very proud of this story. It's a wonderful accomplishment.

Riveting. I'm hooked. Great story so far and i can't wait for the next installment. I especially like that the characters are well developed and often act stupidly and emotionally, like real people, or werewolves in this case. I hope Harry is alright. He seems so sweet and is such a loyal friend I'd hate for something bad to happen to him.

This is such an amazing story with such well-developed characters. You've made me care about Mike who I initially disliked and made me dislike the Brit who I initially cared for. You've got us all wrapped around your little finger the way Corbs controls everyone at OD. That, sir, is quite an accomplishment. I have to say I feel sorry for Lee. He's no different than Corbin, manipulating people and situations to get what he wants. Lee doesn't deserve to be treated badly by Corbs because he is doing what Corbs does all the time. Corbin has actually done worse things than Lee ever has. Criticizing Lee's tactics makes Corbin a hateful hypocrite, because he uses people and throws his influence around to accomplish his goals in the same way Lee does. I hope Corbin realizes this and welcomes Lee to the house. Thanks for the update to this great story and I eagerly look forward to the next chapters.
