    Yep 29C here today - definitely need to investigate the beach And then dropping down to 14C on Sunday when I am visiting Dad for Fathers Day. At least I will be in the warm driving home where it will be a sultry 16C Weird weather continues…

    My dinner wasn’t as fancy as yours… I made ummmm fusion food I used soft taco boats as a base and made chicken, feta and pumpkin quiches with a touch of Moroccan spices. It was not too bad for a thrown together recipe

    Low 20C for the next few days still chilly at night but at least it is reasonable during the day. I even had a garden salad with the roast chook for dinner so it must be warm I need to do some shopping for Father's Day - no fighting emus required
