Well the good news is that I made it to my sister's place and drove with my nephew for part of the way so we are all ready for Christmas. I bought my own RAT so I can visit Dad on Christmas Day… Bad news is that my nephew got a call from a friend to say he tested positive for Covid. My nephew did a test and… he tested positive too. it means that my sister and I are close contacts and we are all excluded from visiting Dad for the next 7 days Tomorrow we are going to see if we can drop off a plate of food so he can at least enjoy some of the goodies - keep fingers crossed

Too darn hot… you can have some of the warmth back Clo… 36C today, same again tomorrow. 39C on Friday (102F). The good news is Christmas Day is only 30C, warm but not unpleasantly so

Not too bad. I hope you had a restful sleep as well Today has mostly been about cursing at the tracking apps that tell me Christmas presents I ordered ages ago are still stuck in the system. Bluefish floods stuffing up the train line On the plus side, I have been designing and making stamps for my sister. I have made a selection of stamps but will also be including a “coupon” for stamps for her art projects. I hope your day had more pluses than minuses.
