Hey Page I have been drinking some simple blends - black tea and lemon Myrtle is a favourite, nice and tangy, refreshing and easy to make. I love the smell of the lemon Myrtle, it’s fantastic. It's also great in a simple salad dressing - it would be awesome on a garden salad to go with all the steak that has been flying around here.

Hello young Albert Clo has been leading me astray and I went out and bought some cheese. Marinated feta, aged cheddar and a Brie. I think lunch tomorrow is sorted Cheese, some pickled onions, cold grapes, smoked almonds and maybe some ham as well. So good. Oh I have some heritage tomatoes as well. Awesome with freshly ground black pepper.
