    Trust

Your story is mesmerizing. I keep looking for sex scenes, but sex is not so important in your story. It's incidental. Much more important is the deep emotional bond between the young men, their undying allegiance. That's more intimate than sex could ever be. A very spiritual story of redemption. And a yearning for a loving father. I wish I would have had a loving bond with my father, but many of us are not so lucky. That's why it's so important to have trust in your companions, as they are the only ones who can save you now. The men who accompany you on your path, your struggles. I look forward to more chapters, and need to see how this story will turn out.
  2. I will e-mail you my comments on all six chapters. This is the best gay story since 2015. Sex and fantasy and adventure and fraternity life and military and fighting all rolled into one. Non-linear chronology, so you are always kept on your toes, switching back and forth between present and past. I really started to care for the main character, Novo. That's a rare feat to pull of. The story can exist on its own, without the occasional physical interaction, and that's the mark of a good storyline. I'll write you more, including my adolescence in Germany with American soldiers who were stationed there.
  3. It's a great story, but now it's two years later, after your last update in 2014. Will this story ever be completed? It's a wonderful story of growth and discovery, but so many questions are still unanswered. Will Billy come out to his parents? Will David's dad let him stay at Billy's house? Will Billy's parents accept David as their son-in-law? Will Billy and David move to Seth's farm after high school? Will David ever be allowed to ride Elder? Will Billy's father ever stop being an asshole? What papers is Billy's mother working on? Will the parents stay together? So many questions with such an involving story. I wish the two young heroes all the happiness in the world, but I would like to know how it ends. Thomas

    Epilogue

What a story! I have read good gay/bi fiction for years, but none of them can compare to your story. The pain, agony, drama, love, passion, joy are overwhelming. I had an experience with an American army soldier stationed in Germany years ago, and the story brought back to me all the pain and heartache that had long been suppressed, You are able to convey all these feelings with so much intensity. I would read the chapters during the day at work, and then sob on my commute home for half an hour. I have decided to write my army soldier (now civilian) in Munich and mention themes from your story. I love him as much as Andy loves Matt. Thank you for the powerful journey!
  6. I am soooo lucky. I just started reading the story on Crvboy.org in September of 2014. It ends there at chapter 32, and I contacted Adam to see where the rest is. He directed me to this website. And here it is, in all its glory! Reading this story has been the most cathartic event of this summer. I am grieving over the loss of a wonderful relationship with the love of my life, a straight military man who could not accept that I came out as gay. I read the chapters at work, and then I cry on my drive home every night. In my heart I can feel the searing pain that Adam describes in such painstaking and excruciating detail. I cry after each chapter, and I send e-mails to Adam. Thank you, Adam, for taking me on the journey, and for sharing your life with us. Now I know that I'm not alone with my pain. You have a gift - use it well.
