Spring came and I made a final check of the layout for Bobby’s brother’s cabin. Two days later, we heard the helicopters. By the time I reached the jeep at the Lodge, someone else was sitting in the jeep, all smiles. The ride to Crystal Lake took less than 5 minutes. I parked behind the helicopter that had the men who were going to help guide the cabin down. Bobby and I weren’t the only on lookers, there were several owners of the other cabins. When they saw me, they waved and I waved back.

Working in the forest on the left side of the Lake didn’t take long. The men were fast as the ground was soft. I knew come winter it would be like chopping ice, but not now. The biggest problem I had was getting the pipe. Dad had to help me with that. The funny thing, the price for delivery was more than the price for the ceramic drainage pipe. Almost as I predicted, the next day I had visitors. Bobby’s brother , his father, and Bobby were at my door. I explained the concept of the waste disposal system I wanted to install. I pointed out that the quality of the fish caught in the lake will improve and there was the possibility of increased traffic as a result. Stopping I pulled the jeep to the side pf the road as far as possible. The hill side of the mountain was dotted with various cabins, old busses converted into cabins and even wooden sheds. Don't think so. David's mother poisoned David against women. Except for his sister he avoided women and choose a life of solitude, then Bobby entered.
