I wouldn't call it a weak spot. Academia has it's pluses. Families are strange I bet if you asked any of them why they stay away or don'ts invite you, they won't be able to answer. Probably ashamed you had to ask. Cheer up, count me as a friend. If I lived near you I would be visiting. You'll become tired of me 😀

Passing a few years, Brad’s football team was doing well. He was enjoying the game as well as the fame. He did a few talk shows always saying good night to Angelina and me. You are right. Brad seems like the type of guy one would say, what you see is what you get, a nice guy who loves with his whole heart, someone a person would cherish as a friend. I think you have someone like that if I have read between the lines of your comments correctly.

We were met by both sets of parents. When my mom saw Angelina, it was love at first sight. I introduced her to our parents. I watched as mom spoke to her in Italian, she had a big smile on her face. During that last week, I asked Eva if there was an emergency how would they handle it. She said they would call the police in Cavarzere and they would send people to help them. She also said a doctor comes once a month to check on the villagers. I was concerned if something happened like a heart attack, the individual would be dead before help could arrive. She said that some of the men were trained in first aid and how to deal with emergencies. I also suspect some home-brewed remedies were used
