Good question. Being an American,. Boxing Day never occurred. I think my English friends now enjoy an extra Christmas Holiday. I have heard them say they enjoy two Christmas holidays, Christmas 1 and Christmas 2

Two years have passed. In their final year at the University, Brad and Tom are working on their Masters’s degree in Education. They have been tossing around the idea of continuing and earning their Doctorate in Education. They have also been talking with several high schools in our State. I have grown potatoes that way. Carrots I have grown from seed, I haven't seen the roll of seeds you have mentioned. Although that would be a preferable way of growing any plant. I'm not much of a farmer, my father was raised on a farm and always had a small garden. My grandfather had a large garden which I helped to prepare the ground for planting. I remember he often let some of his plants go to seed. That is what he used for the next season planting. During WW2, I think everyone had a small garden.

That is a fairly accurate deduction. I agree that it is usually the father who kicks the son out. Embarrassment, having his macho attitude being challenged or afraid of remarks being made from friends and co-workers. It doesn't matter what the excuses are, it should never happen.

No, I don't know how to sex chicks. I know they hold them and they must be able to determine the male sex organ. I imagine if you are good at this, you can demand a decent salary.

Generally with older homes heavy curtains or drapes are used to block out the cold air. I'm sure that this home had those type of window coverings.

The human psych is very hard to understand. In my travels I have met many young boys who parents have turned them out because of their sexuality. That is something I could never understand. My oldest son is gay and has married his partner, they are happy and accepted by myself and my ex. I could never turn my back on him, I did worry about who he was dating, not because he was dating a man but because of Aids at the time. A child is a precious gift and one not to be tossed away for any reason.
