Chef Boy's biggest surprise will be realizing the kids speak French. He is going to be swamped at home. He will be overwhelmed when he meets the chefs, another eye-opening experience

A much-needed break. besides Armand missing the kids and Colin, Paris wasn't a joyful experience as it has been in the past.

There is a feeling of relaxation this evening. After dinner, we all sat in the living room and reminisce about our time with Arnaud. “I never knew he was afraid of being on the water. That fishing trip in Greece must have played havoc with him. I wanted to go and visit the islands but after that fishing trip, I decided to do it later without him.” “I should have told you. I’m not sure why he was afraid.” “Something probably happened when he was a child that scared him for life.”

I think the people who have stopped to see the painting, will organize some protection. It wouldn't surprise me if lights aren't installed by the city. This could be an attraction.

Yes, word will get back when they finish the Angel for the Louvre. I'm sure someone has a photo that will circulate to all of the museums which means MOMA in New York might get a copy.

Chef Boy has no idea what is in store for him. i am sure he has mixed emotions, about leaving a place he knows well and going o a country where he doesn't speak the language. He must have a lot of faith and trust in Carl and Armand.

The morning seemed to come fast or I was just more tired last night than normal. Showering, dressed I headed for the kitchen. I could smell the coffee as I came down the steps from my bedroom. Yes, the kids at his home are very sensitive to him not being there. considering they came from an orphanage and after losing one parent or both, being left again, even for a short period of time reminds the older children of their loss.

I am not sure how long Arnaud will last. Seeing the painting gave him not only pleasure but also relief in his feeling of being with Michael.
