Over the Christmas holiday, I announced that we’d be returning to the island for this year’s vacation. I had arranged with Tony and my dad to raise funds to buy the island and expand the cottages to house 300 kids. This time the adults would occupy the plantation house, and the girls will share the cottages. With this announcement, the kids didn’t care whether they got gifts or not. Hmmmmm. I'm sure all of those kids will have ties with Sanctuary and Brad. Have you ever thought of what the root of this story was?

There will always be a tie for them to Brad and his staff. Sanctuary will be looked upon as home, home for the holidays will bring them back.

Thanks, I fully understand what you are saying. When I wrote this story something I read triggered it. I actually wanted to take on the role of Brad. Even as I reread this story before I post it, it touches me.

The men didn't care. They thought as a freighter they could smuggle them, in. A lot of the smugglers use this technique when smuggling from Mexico.
