You are right, and it is always the kids that suffer. Who knows what brilliant mind is going to waste or a great discovery is being lost.

The selling of kids is a reality in countries that do not have the proper education or prevention. There was a movie about such kids living on the street and a woman who the catholic church made a saint because of the help she provided to these kids. In poor countries where there are not sufficient medical help or education, people do have more children than they can support. Girls are married off for money at an early age.

He responds to the kids in a fatherly way, that means a lot to the kids. He probably learned that from his own parents. He's very sensitive to those kids, they know it and respect it.

Really, everything is automatic. Just point and step on the gas. Of course, don't step to hard. Don't feel bad, you can fly on the wind and I can't. I have a phobia about height. Each of us are special in our own way. I'm sure you have some qualities that make you special. One is commenting on my stories. 🙂

I have broad shoulders and I'm old enough too know how to carry the load. I would rather have my readers speak their mind and continue to read my stories than for me to be insulted, or angry, or feel something rather than the thanks for pointing out these errors. I don't know why Corky doesn't hang out there. I know that Brad would welcome him. Maybe his mother mentioned that Sanctuary was for street kids or kids that didn't have any parents. But Brad is now aware and Corky will not be forgotten.Aaron to there rescue

Yes, I also did painting by numbers as a kid. I didn't like what I painted, so never did it again. The new building will be very interesting.

I think that the guys are thinking along that line. With the new building and possibly apartments, they will need to install sprinklers and fire escapes.

That is something I can never understand. I was married and I had children. I bought each of my children a car, I could afford it and I wanted to give them something, a kick start in life. I feel for you and I hope you are able to forgive those who have hurt you in the past.
