It isn't paella but you can send me one of those anytime. They look delicious. There was a restaurant in Florida that called something like that a lobster roll

I would bet she made it fresh. This restaurant just added some seasoning to food prepared earlier in the day.

I had it once with fish and chicken. The fish was fresh, I ended up ordering fish from this restaurant whenever I ate there again.

I wish I could answer your question, but James isn't telling. When I lived in Florida a new restaurant opened. My friends and I went there, they advertised paella. We ordered, and when they brought our food it was horrible. They used precooked rice and the seafood was only fish.

The first time I had paella was in Madrid at a restaurant called The Postoffice. It was small and only served paella. People were waiting on the street to get in. I became hooked

I'm sure the secret was the fresh seafood. With James using products grown without herbicides or other chemicals makes a difference/

Sunday dinner at the club was something else. James was challenged but not because of his skills, he was challenged as the family raved about the Paella in Barcelona. Yes they do. It must feel marvelous for them to create beautiful memories for these children.

Halloween is a joyous time for the children. The Home will be decorated and one can expect to have pumpkin pie. Thanks to their capability, Armand and Colin make sure the children at the Home don't miss out. I would love to be listening to them when they are in school relating their holiday experiences.

The fishing trips bind the boys. I can just see a group of boys with fishing rods over their shoulders marching to their boat and singing. What a sight and what joy. You couldn't help smiling and at least humming to the song.

I think Armand is more than Colin. Colin likes the older boys, especially the golfing group. And what boy doesn't like fishing., Between these two adults, they have created a family

A wonderful realization. Yes, they have created a family, two uncles, and one aunt, all with dad and pop. And uncle Charles, the provider of cartoons.

I would have expected Armand to have a few girls in this last group of adoptees. He certainly enjoys having them around when he is at the Home.

Fishing and boys seem to go together. I have never known a boy who didn't like going fishing. Colin's boat appears to be built for fishing, especially with the chairs and the boys being belted in.

Saturday, the day of the fishing trip arrived. All week the boys had their fishing rods out. Looking over the boys, I knew I would need a few more rods. Pepe has his driving license so he now drove the bus from the Home. Colin got the vans, he would drive one and he conned Ronnie into driving the other. I suggested we load one of the vans with rods and the two coolers for the fish. No way, each boy who had a rod had to hold it. It wasn’t a bad idea as I knew I would need to buy a few more,

Armand's adopted family. I think the villagers will always have a place in Armand's heart

It takes someone with a big heart and fat wallet to be able to do what Armand and Colin did. I wouldn't be surprised if Colin isn't arranging for meals at the club.

I know too well about that. When I was able, I would walk a lot, and since that is no longer a capability. I need to watch what and how much food I eat. I am finding that really isn't that hard because my meals are prepared for me and I get to choose the what and how much. What I had to do to get that is something I wouldn't push on anyone.

That is true. Older people tend to exercise less and continue to eat as they did when they were younger. I wonder how a restaurant would fare if it established serving sizes and nutritional values for older people.

Yes and don't forget those who "who like to see you eat" or those "who say you have to try this" knowing it will add an extra pound or two. There are a lot of restaurants who believe the size of the plate is more important than the taste of the food. a dieter's nightmare.

Right. I'm glad he solved that problem by adopting more. i wonder how he will be as a grandfather
