I wish i was with them. All the traveling I have done the one country I wish I had visited and didn't was Greece

Do you remember the name of the dish on their menu? On that trip I had sea snails which I didn't like, too much salt, I'm not sure this fish would be a hit in the US but it was excellent. There are a lot of foods that we Americans wouldn't eat that are delicious

There is nothing like seeing and experiencing history. The boys will remember this trip. I wonder if they have thought about a repeat trip when the girls are ready for this trip.

When Armand was planning this trip he thought about taking a tour service as he did in Pompey. He was planning this trip when Roger was present which led him in a different direction and when Arnaud offered, he couldn't say no.

I believe you learn a lot about people knowing their history. There are times I think I should have been a history teacher.

I always made it a habit as I traveled overseas to eat in a local restaurant. This has resulted in some strange food as well as interesting conversation. In Spain, i had a fish served with its tail in its mouth. I don't remember the name but it was delicious.

Sleep that night was welcomed. The bed was extremely comfortable. I wonder if we could buy one in the States. Then my thoughts turned to the Home. GG came and said to go sleep, the Home is safe. I think Arnaud's reaction was one of pride as if Armand did this to influence him. i thought Armand did this as payment for Arnaud being the guide. A personal question-- have you ever need to Greece?

There is a strong bond between Greece and Italy that goes back to ancient times. Many slaves were from Greece in Italy and Pompei was a Greek colony. I tell my Italian friends they must thank the Greek slaves for showing the Italians how to cook.

i found that Gyros are very popular. i ate them in Amsterdam and of course when I worked in a Greek restaurant. It's good thing I have had my lunch or I would go for a Gyro now.
