@ReaderPaul I feel like it’s an author that had more stories. I hate having something, in this case a story, just inches away.
-
@droughtquake no idea time is a blur for me. It coulda been 6mos to 6 years ago. I have no idea.

@Timothy M. The “losers” mom was a waitress at a diner where her co-workers didn’t like her. Dad was out of the picture serving in the military. The “in” guy was rich but wanted to do the project so he could get a scholarship and not rely on mom/dad. I checked @Ronyx‘s stories but didn’t find it. I also looked at @Dabeagle but not there either. Not sure how old the story is.

Hopefully someone can tell me the name of this story. I only have bits and pieces but I would really like to read it again. High school setting. The school loser is paired with one of the “In” guys for a project on learning about each other. The outcast gets upset with the teacher and refuses to do it. The jock chases him home and convinces him to take part so he doesn’t fail. Any clues as to the title and/or author? Update 1: The “loser” is bi racial, mom is white and the dad is black. Dad is in the military and doesn’t make an appearance in the story. Mom works at a diner where her co-workers hate her. I think the cause was she got pregnant young. The antagonist has two friends that treat the loser like shit and are factors in his attempt at suicide. The parents of the jock and his friends own a restaurant together, King something. I don’t know guys. I may be confusing two stories or not. And it really reminds me of an @Ronyx story but I couldn’t find it on his website. Im so in the mood to read this story again. Last Update: I found the story I was looking for!!! It’s called The Bully and The Brain. It’s not on here but on Nifty. Which is why my searches came up nada. If you’re interested in reading it here’s the link: https://www.nifty.org/nifty/gay/highschool/the-bully-and-the-brain/ Thanks to @Timothy M., @droughtquake, @Dabeagle & @ReaderPaul! In my search for this book I found a lot of other good reads that I forgot about, The Peace Within, A Light in the Dark Places, The Foundling, just to name a few. Well I'm off to devour these stories as I await updates to the ones I follow on GA.

Welcome back Mark! Granger & co have been missed. Thank you for this latest chapter and update!!!

All these pints of view are fascinating. One story but each book showed different perspectives. Simply awesome. @Cynus I’m so very excited and sad. Another fantastic chapter in this saga but the end is nigh (hopefully not too nigh) lol.

I agree it would have been better to have her heal a few more folks but they still have Grim and Max. Also it’s hard not to be preemptive when you’ve been screwed over by Veil. I feel Styx would know that better than most and was the best person to do it. It’ll be interested if Ghayle pulls her in for a chat with Dogo, Prism and the others.

Holy F*ck! I mean it had to be done and I’m wearing a huge grin. Man I love this series. @Cynus Is this the last book or is there one more to follow?
-
You know how in movies you see people standing around a craps table yelling for that luck seven? That’s how I feel when my notification bell lights up. C’mon Lonely Pride! @Cynus

@Cynus “Determination met fear head on like the bow of a ship breaking water. The fear was there, but it became a surface on which to travel, not a barrier to his passage.” That was written so elegantly I had to stop and reread it a few times in appreciation.
-
I love this story. @Cynus Thanks for posting so frequently!
-
Wow! No words for the unexpected turn in this chapter. Delighted but just wow!
-
This is truly a gripping tale. Each of your characters are so full of life. I don’t have the words for how much I appreciate this story! @Cynus
-
@Cynus You are a passionate writer and it shows. I have no doubt that you’ll not only meet but exceed my expectations. I look forward to the words you write and the journey this book takes me on.

I’m so excited for this third installment. No doubt it will be the page turner (thumb scroller) like its predecessors.
-
Absolutely love this series. No problem with the overlap. @Fantasyboy69 your writing makes this story so enjoyable.
-
@Fantasyboy69 Thank you!!!

@Fantasyboy69 Holy shit!!! This was such a hard hitting chapter. Gene will definitely be missed. I could almost feel Dylan's rage and sadness. Maybe as a way to make it up to us you could realease the next chapter soon rather than on time...😉
-
@Parker Owens You're another author whose work I enjoy. A to Z was fantastic as was Predator Prey and Bless Me!

The foursome: 1 Marcus + Eric: 1 Marcus + Harper: 1 Marcus + Tiago: 1 Eric + Tiago: 1 Harper + Tiago: 1 Eric + Harper: 1 Kinda reminds me of a math question...if Ryan has 2 boyfriends driving in 2 cars going 40mph in a southernly direction how long will it take Ryan to cum? 😂

Just when I thought Chapter 1 couldn't be topped you put out (no pun intended) another highly provactive chapter. Just wanted the doctor ordered! @Sasha Distan This story is excellent thus far but don't be fooled by my addled mind I enjoy your other PG-13 stories as well; Inked, Joined, Cadet, Cowboy Summer, Sanctuary (please continue this) and all the others!!!
-
@Sasha Distan I don't care if it's a short...I'll take my Sasha Distan stories any way I can!
-
I totally agree with this. @Sasha Distan Glad you're back! I so missed reading you.
