  1. This was really great, I really enjoyed it! My two favourite things: I love when Donovan realises he's been an asshole. There are so many stories where the author is so deep in their main character's pov that they don't realise that character has been selfish, so Donovan's revelation was a delightful surprise. Second thing was that sex doesn't magically cure Shane's issues with bottoming. I love how realistically you handled it: Donovan understanding Shane would rather a gentle lead-in without being explicitly asked if it's okay, Shane's honest assessment afterwards that it's going to take some practice to fully enjoy it. It was all just so believeable and so much more beautiful for that. Thank you so much!
  2. Thank you for this! I really enjoyed it. I loved the mystery of the missing will and the guys discovering Aunt May's secret, and you had a great cast of interesting support characters.
  3. This was great. I really liked that these characters were fun to be around, while still believable and flawed, and the story gave them time to grow. I loved that behaviour that would have been treated as charming in most stories was called out in this one: it added a lot of depth. The pacing was good, too. It's been a long time since I've sat and done nothing but read for hours, until stupid o'clock in the morning.

    Chapter 28

Hey Sasha. This was fun, and sweet. I love that you flipped the cliche with the twins, and had Luke as a strong, confident gay teenager with a great support network. Part of me wishes I could read the prequel, where he's getting through the bullying, but part of me likes that it starts right here, with all that in the past. I really like that we never got to know Greg, that he's this absent figure we're just about to get to know and suddenly he's gone. That was really well done, really twisted the knife. Thanks for the great read! Dr Squidlove.

    Epilogue

Hey! Your story finally led me to create an account so I could leave a comment. Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed this series - it kept me occupied for days. :-) I especially liked that you tackled real, complex issues between them, like that the class differences affected their relationship in so many ways, and didn't have any kind of simple solution, and how Peter's attack left all sorts of psychological damage that couldn't be solved with true love and a hug. Thanks for the wonderful, and incredibly long read! Dr Squidlove.
