Thanks, Scrubber. Unlike Parker Valley who's population is centered primarily around one town, Pit River is spread across an area of about 15,000 square miles. Local gatherings meeting up by Zoom would be the only way for everyone to participate in meetings. It's also a drawback of the expansionism guided by the McKinney family. The use of technology does keep the pack connected though. With the amount of guys now flirting with Trevor, he could make a killing on OnlyFans.

Thanks, Weinerdog. When everyone else who gets to the top is huffing and puffing from the excretion and thinner oxygen could be suspicious to others. Trevor tries to act as close to human as he can when around them. Trevor's catching the eye of more and more people from both sexes. I guess a guy in his prime could be sending out plenty of signals saying he's available.

Thank you, Albert. I wanted to end this with a happy memory. Kyle is one of the dearest people in the world to me to this day. If I could have been emotionally ready for something like dating when I got off the streets, he would have been my first choice. The fact he gets along with my husband so well is a huge bonus. With how bad those couple of years were, I'm in a much better place and can say I'm happy.

Thank you, Albert. This was the one chapter I think I shouldn't have posted at times. Ultimately it was the risk of being a sex worker. People can be cruel, and there's a bunch of them who prey on those they see as vulnerable. I know people who were in the "industry" that were left for dead in similar situations. I look back and say, yeah, I was gang raped more than once on a job gone bad. 13/14 years later, I can still see the marks on my wrists and back. There are emotional scares that show themselves from time to time. My husband holds me at those times and goes in to get any needed stitches in the aftermath. But I'm still here.

. I had options open to me that could have gotten me off the streets. I was too scared and stubborn to accept them. Several of those options might not have been much better, but who knows at this point. I'd like to see a world where minors don't have to sell themselves to buy food or search for a sliver of dry space to sleep through a rain storm. I know I won't see that in my lifetime though.

He's still a close friend and through his help I've been able to do some things in my life I'd never have had the opportunity. People like him helped steer me away from suicide. Thank you, Albert.

Thank you, Albert. It's the nature of life on the street. Yeah, I wish I hadn't gone through it, but I did. I had to make choices at times of being arrested or paying not to be. Some cops were cool about turning a blind eye, maybe asking instead of taking like others. Still, it was the dues I had to play just as if I'd worked for a pimp. I've got a lot of respect for most police, which I couldn't say at one point.

I thought long and hard after I'd written this group of memories: do I share it, is it too extreme, do people want to be reminded this stuff goes on? I basically just said, "fuck it," and hit publish. I guess I got used to unzipping my fly in front of strangers. Between when I wrote this and now, I view it a little different, but still feel it was something I needed to share.

Thank you for reading this, Albert. I'm very opened with my history. For every teen like me who survived, many more just ceased to exist and aren't missed by anyone. Like some of the other authors on this site who experienced what I did, maybe sharing will lead to change. At least I keep hoping.
