I happily accept hugs on his behalf. People having that reaction to a character who I first developed to be almost as hated as Michael is fun. Yeah, I had him show remorse when his life was spared, but I figured that was it for him. He stalked my dreams begging that he could do better.

With Kyle and Corey, plus they guys they introduced him to, it's likely giving him the strength to get through some of the deeper issues. He may still face sorrow, but it's a step forward each time.

Thank you, Albert. From brash asshole, to timid and fearful who closed in on himself, he's coming out of his shell as a new person. Two friends are introducing him to more guys who are willing to accept this person because they know what he's doing with his life.

Speaking from similar experience on learning to accept yourself, and close the door on your demons, it's something within his reach.

My question now is if you caught Aiden saying those lines from Dune in this first sit-down with Jean-Pierre? Chris as many reasons for his fear, but likely as many people to help him get past them.

Yeah, I mentioned that in the previous chapter, after a visit to CA, Shannon's off to Mexico It's not really unusual to get called a furball when your chest and abs are covered in a dense layer of sexy hair. I'd imagine his arms and legs have a good amount too. I like the bitchy phantom suggestion.

I was glad I'd never established where Karissa's pack was located in the previous books so I could use her in this. And no way I'd have missed her passing on the message He's know Jayson for about five years, so I'm not sure if he'd be willing to risk a friendship. Alex is a question mark for him. I asked a trans guy I've chatted with on one of the "social" apps (imagine air quotes) to try and get Alex as accurate as I could, but was told a hookup was the only interest. With how Trevor likes hanging with his guy friends and bedding down the women, Alex as Trevor put it seems like the best of both worlds. If he can get past, he's one of the guys.

It's funny you mention that. I do have a tendency to pick a word and don't realize I'm using it as often as I am until @Carlos Hazdaywill point it out during editing. Usually a comment like, maybe you could use a thesaurus for that. Since this was written and posted before I started working with him, and the journal format, it got a much lighter going over than the later books. All those places you mentioned are places I'd like to see.
