    The Good Doctor - Multi-Chapter, Romance, no supernatural elements,
    Maddox had a bad habit of looking for trouble, but one night in the ER and he finds something even more exciting then that. Can Maddox put his self destructive behavior aside to show the Good Dr. he's more than just a broken doll.
     

    “What happened to him?” The doctor’s voice came out soft and breathless, and he wasn’t surprised. “Who did this?” The young boy lying in the hospital bed in front of him was unconscious; thick, dark eyelashes peaked out from under a mop of curly brown hair and rested across pale skin. With a slightly trembling hand the young doctor reached for the chart hanging on the end of the bed. Maddox Rhode, he was older then he looked but still young at 21. A young man instead of a boy. One cracked rib, a black eye and a split lip. His knuckles were split open from where he obviously fought back and he had a nasty scratch on his check from what could have been a ring. He had taken a beating and it made the doctor’s chest ache. The records said he sustained blunt force trauma to the head knocking him out cold.
    “Got into a fight in an ally. Not sure who started it.” The young nurse overseeing the boy answered, the doctor remembered her name to be Kayla.
    The doctor let out a breath he didn’t know he was holding. “But I bet we can tell who finished it.”
    “You know how people always say, ‘you should see the other guy’?”
    “Yes?”
    “Well, Doc, you should see the other guy.” The nurse gestured to a bed a few feet away. After a final glance at the pale young man he made his way to the other bed. This man was older and much larger, surprisingly in much worse shape. His jaw would have to be wired shut and for the smaller kid’s broken rib this man had three of his own. He had a matching black eye and a wound that would need stitches underneath it.
    “Dr. Green? The little guy, he did this?”
    Doctor Green looked up and smirked, “I take it this is the first time you’ve seen him come in here?”
    “Does it happen often?”
    “Oh yea. Kid gets into a lot of fights, he may be small but he be fierce. Just don’t let him hear you call him kid. He hates it, and really, he’s not as young as he looks.” With a small smile Dr.Green got back to his patient. “Maddox’s in here at least twice a month.”

    Sorry, no I’m not, no your not, or you are, and I am, but we’ll do, it all again,
    Wind blows, every one knows, no one speaks the truth,
    Imagination, only friend, relationships, on the mend,
    Round and round, life goes on, long after the thrill of living is gone,

    Far away, I wish I knew, what to say,
    Make it right, don’t want to fight,

    Back stabbing, double crossing, heat breaking, double taking,
    Never over, never true, never knew, who to trust, who to love, who to leave, what to feel, what is real,
    What is worse, speaking truth, behind their back, telling lies, to their face,
    Superman, take me away, save us all, from our selves, lock us up, on top a shelf, and throw away the key,
    This isn’t me, but it is, and its you, and its her too,

    A hug a kiss and friendly wave
     
    The hermit emerges from his cave.
     
    Everyone can feel it now

    With the beat the vibe and the energy

    Not That Strong

    I feel the shards press against my skin



    Every time I breathe



    I feel the poison in my lungs



    Every time I close my eyes



    I see your smiling face

    I can’t take the pain

    I'm going to get over you



    But for right now I'm scared and lost



    And I just don't know what to do


     

    I remember all the things you said



    The way you looked into my soul



    I really thought we could make this work



    Cause you were not like the rest



    I watched you very closely



    And you passed my test


     

    But I'm not that strong

    Hey, I'm LillyLee and thanks for checking in with me!
    I don't have a lot to say and I'm horrible with deadlines and updates but hopefully this will give me some practice and keep me on schedule. Also, I plan on announcing progress reports, update schedules and upcoming projects.
     
    Feel free to leave me questions, comments and discussions ideas.
    Also, don't be scared to all me out on missing promised updates. Keep me honest!
     
    So a little bit of myself: I've been writing since I was in middle school, I really started to get into it about the 8th grade. I started off with poetry, then moved on to short but multi chapter stories, in high school I got back into poetry but it didn't last long.
    Story telling is sort of my thing.
     
    I have sooo many ideas and half finished stories/novel, and I'm absolutely horrible at endings. Either they stall in the middle or go on forever. I've been attempting short stories to work on my ending skills. The finer points of punctuation seem to allude me, and I'm horrible about spelling. But I'm anal about using spell checks and editing my stuff 100 million times before posting.
     
    I have a love of supernatural/ fantasy; werewolves, vampire, witches, fairies and that sort of thing. I have a love of mythology, especially Greek and Celtic.
     
    I'm kind of a judgmental bitch, but I know how to play nice. I'm a total book worm, introvert, home body. I have strong pinions and I don't know how to back down. I'm very bad at small talk and prefer to jump right into 'real talk'.
