Excuse me Good Sirs and DiC friends. had a nice visitors show up at the house. It was the County Sheriff’s Department with a summons for me. it is for Grand Jury duty here in my county. They only meet 1 day a week for 3 months. Not sure if you know this but the Grand Jury hears all the evidence on a case and they decide if they should get a court date. The service is pretty laid back with jury sitting around a table and have the Police / Sheriff in front of you. Most of the trails are drug related once in a while you get an armed assault. Get a behind the scenes tour of the courthouse and the local jail. So it sounds interesting this starts the week of July 8. So I hope everyone stays dry or cool.

Chris like the docs told me stay a head of your pain. I didn’t listen 1 time and took 2 days to get better. The first 3-5 days are the worse.

Hi, yes it’s been a while since i stopped in but i never stopped thinking about everyone. took the time to focus on getting better. had lots of physical therapy to go from a walker , cane to walking normally. you never know what you could do until it was taken away. not ready to run a 5k but a walk around the block or the grocery store is good for now. then recovering from my surgery. just when i think it might get better the surgery failed and we have to do it again in 2 weeks. then another 3 weeks off work. trying to stay positive but taking it 1 day at a time. sorry to burden you all with this. So how are things with everyone?

I see we are talking about ensure or supplement drinks I like the chocolate one but right now I to have drink protein drink. It took forever to find 1 I could stand - Fairlight is the one. So as long as you get your nutrition you will do ok. well rehab has got me up and going so they think i might be home by thanksgiving can’t wait 4 weeks is long enough to be away from home. Won’t be 100% but 75% is good. this is not the best way to loose weight but 20 lbs is 20 lbs so everyone take care

Excuse me Good Sirs and DiC friends. hi, long time missing but things have been rough. 4 weeks ago i was working and just fine. Mid afternoon my leg started to give pain called doctor left message. Went on with my day and no relief. Went home and could i hardly stand it. So decided to go to urgent care and he told me sit down. He said you need to the hospital ASAP I said huh? The doc told me I had infection which was causing all my pain. So off i went to the ER and they were waiting on me. went in immediately and was told thank goodness you came you have a blood infection that needs meds. Spent 2 1/2 weeks in hospital getting rid of this. Now in rehabilitation hospital due to leg issues that need to be addressed. On the road to recovery. Hope everyone is doing great. Take care
