me either seems the older i get the colder it gets. used to run around in a sweatshirt and jeans now i have to added 2 t shirts and a hoody just to stay warm. so take care stay warm.

Excuse me Good Sirs and DiC friends. i am no closer to answers. the new Surgeon is very thorough and listen to my symptoms. we have more testing to do a MRI and that will make the decision when to have this procedure. The doctor listen and we made changes to my meds which helped with my pain. The other Docs kept me on the over the counter meds Tylenol and ibuprofen. she changed the meds to the new Advil dual action and some cream which dropped my discomfort to almost none. The past year has been unbearable. So still waiting. How are things with you?

fae yes i agree the Dr. was down to earth and i felt comfortable talking to him. he listen to me. So his recommendation speaks volumes.

thanks Starrynight the doctors i have started to see have been really good. They are part of the University OSU and they are also a teaching hospital. The ones i have seen are very caring and take their time and actually listen. so far i’m very happy with them. just wish i had gone there first. the drive is not to bad 1 hour away the sad thing is all of the road construction and watching for other drivers. the things you see.

Excuse me Good Sirs and DiC friends. it’s been a good news / bad news week had the Doctor appointment we talk he feels he is not the Best Surgeon for me. he referred me to another Doctor which specializes in the area the surgery is going to be. so i tried to get into this Doctor and she was booked till January. the doctor was not happy with this so he call and spoke with the practice and because i’m a current patient they pulled a date 11/8 for me. if things are not strange enough i also have to have the area reconstruction so will have to have plastic surgery on the area. so one will take this out and the other will fill it in. so it’s wait and see. So how are things with you

Excuse me Good Sirs and DiC friends. thanks for all the positive thoughts. took a day or so to reflect on this upcoming surgery. Yes, i didn’t want it to happen but at the same time i want this to heal. so 1 step back to go 2 steps forward. let’s hope this will take care of this. take care of your self.

Excuse me Good Sirs and DiC friends. just got home from Doctor and they see no change in my wound. so the next step is Surgery i see that Doctor next week. so this blasted process starts all over again. this is so depressing i followed every Doc order and still it won’t heal. the sad thing is the second time the surgery is bigger and more involved. take care of your self.

we also take dressing and put it in a muffin pan to freeze.

tim i saw a hack on freezing meat to take a ziplock bag and put the meat in there and flatten the bag so it’s like a book. it freezes / thaws faster.

leftovers are the best part of the big holiday meal. we will freeze some of the leftovers and have them later so nothing goes to waste.
