It was touched upon in The Neko's Tail. The death of Reinard the First, and Neostar's betrayal of the Alliance left a stain on the clan. While that is not entirely the reason the Artegos were hunted down, it is a big part of it.

Actually, the Mana Wastes of Golarion is a region of land where the necromancer Geb and the archmage Nex clashed in a way that caused absolute devastation on the land. It isnt so much a block as radiation from a series of magical nuclear blasts that left pockets of wild magic through the land, including an anti magic zone over the city of Alkenstar. Which led the dwarves of Allenstar to invent guns as an alternative to magic. It's an interesting part of the world, and the birthplace of the gunslinger class in the Pathfinder system.

The Faro stared at the Xanar, his face a scowling mask. There was no way he was giving anything to them. "You are not happy to be here," the pale skinned alien said, folding all six hands. Reinard grunted. "That is normal. I can count on one hand the number of people I have seen who wanted to share their deepest thoughts with me. Between you and me, an Ulthir would be better, but they don't do the whole therapy thing." The fox stared, unblinking. If he was silent, maybe he could

Jeremy sipped at the bottle of wine, looking up at the smoke rising over Alkenstar even at night. The black fog cut through the early morning light, belching out of giant forges near a cliff. The rest of the city seemed peaceful, if a little shiny in the dim light. The cleric set his bottle aside with a quiet sigh. The last bottle of wine, almost empty. But the city was right there. He could buy the cheap stuff they had in a tavern before the party moved on. Nearby, Jakun let out a tired

For sure. Let's hope everyone can keep to their magic ban until they get out of the Wastes.

Two tigers pulled a wagon along the road, Jakun directing from the driver's seat. "I'm sorry I hid in the stable," he said. Jeremy let out a grunt, drinking from his mug. "Don't be. I was going to sell… fuck, what was her name again?" "If it was anyone but you…" Amnor Sen sighed, chipping away at a statuette. Zephyr plodded along behind them, his saddle stowed in the wagon. Jakun thought the horse looked happy, if a little bitter. He supposed that would happen, especially whe

The way I see it, there are two directions for Baldric 2.0. I am pleased to see he is leaning more one direction than the other. I am rather disappointed in Sargis though. Felsavia is a foreign ruler, she is bound to have the wellbeing of Silbel second in her mind, if not further. Her words should have been passed on, her offer of "help" given to the Duke of nothing else. Politics are messy, and best left to those whose minds run on different levels.

Sounds to me like someone needs a little more distraction before he'll be comfortable on camera 😛

A cool breeze brushed over Galen, the Egaro sitting on the bed nervously. His shirt was off, his slender furry frame on full display for the camera. Behind the lens, Ryan was smiling encouragingly at him, Iason standing just out of the shot, downing a pill. Galen had already taken one of the pills, and despite his nerves, the tiger was already peeking from his sheathe, though the camera couldn't see it yet. "Are you ready?" Iason asked, pulling his shirt off. Galen nodded slowly, loo

Well. That was traumatic... please tell me we get to see the dear uncle tortured to within an inch of his life.

Heh, that's how I discovered I was trans. Except I never stopped the drag. Also, I'm going to strangle the devil. Not because it will help, but because it would feel so satisfying.
-
Maybe I can salvage- ope. Fine then, be that way you hunk of metal...

*leans into microphone* trigger discipline on Aisle Jack please.

Okay, idea. Fall in love with devil, while falling in love with werewolf dick. Did the devil day he actually had to be in love with the person?
-
Ah yes, the whole, dont fall for me or I will wipe out your universe, ploy. Classic 😛

I'm dead. You have finally killed me with laughter...

Zeus's balls! An entire building designed to focus arcane energies?! These two are incredible!

DEVYN "Give it to me!" Devyn growled, with Jason's wolf held firmly in his mouth. His mother wanted to wash the stuffed wolf, to steal its scents. How would Jason know it was his if the smells were gone? Margaret stood over the wolf, a deep growl in her own throat. "Devyn, I will not ask again. Drop the stuffed animal and get ready for school." The wolf dropped low, covering his belly as he slid back, trying to take the plushy with him. "Leave it, or I'm getting the spray bottle!"

Death by ice, or death by crushing. Laying near frozen under a fallen beam, Amnor Sen wished the wood would just drop. Freezing to death was too painful. His body began sliding suddenly, Amnor Sen's eyes flying open. He saw a long dark face, a mouth wrapped around his ankle, but he couldn't feel any of it, the biting cold not as biting anymore. "Zepyr…?" The horse huffed, pulling the bloody and bruised paladin out of the ruined stable. "Zepyr.. fin Jewemy…" His mouth felt num

The amurrun's blood ran cold at the roar. Ivris had survived. Of course he had. Jakun couldn't have been that lucky. But why was he here…? "To kill us," Anya growled, casting a spell as Jakun flinched. A suit of shimmering force wrapped around the amurrun, Jakun pulling out his unstrung bow. Forcing the bowstring over the end of the bow limb, the catfolk pulled out an arrow. "The Drunk God bless us in our time of need." Jeremy's words hit Jakun, a giddy, almost drunk, smile s

"Of course he brought her into this…" Reinard growled quietly, watching Themis storm toward him. The Faro pulled a sheet off a bed, grimacing at the stains as he threw it aside. Suddenly he was being grabbed, lifted into the air by an angry Egaro. "What is wrong with you?!" Themis snapped. "Nothing!" he denied immediately, wincing as she sat him on the bed, hard. "Oh really, so the Egaro who is scared for your wellbeing was lying to me about you trying to feed yourself to a Cnida

Well well, if it isnt the Insane Ones. What are they playing at? Or are they suddenly so starved for contact that they are pushing their way toward Kotik?

He's an undead dragon. Thing likes to hang around for a while. Total pest though...

Amnor Sen sat outside the tavern, honing his glaive. It had been at least a few days since he had last done this, the blade looked a little dull. There was a smith nearby where he should be doing this, but Amnor Sen was doing everything he could not to go back into the buildings. It pained him to admit it, but he was scared. Of buildings filled with dead people. His hand brand smoothly over the blade, a soft rasp whispering to him, telling of well made blades, metal coaxed into shape wit

Sometimes you have to get things off your chest. I am downright terrified of the seven and what they might mean in the scheme of things. With luck, they will eventually be dealt with. An artificial immortality is still immortality nonetheless, and unnatural. Any same person would not let themselves fall into insanity in my opinion.
