Great chapter, going to Chicago was all a bit last minute and unplanned, no change of clothes and also no phone charging cable, who doesn’t keep a spare cable in their car? And I get annoyed about the traffic here in London, it appears to be a lot easier to drive here than any city in the States and you drive on the wrong side of the road. 🚙😁 Helene is just as bad as Zoltan and Magda. 😈 The next chapter should be a bit explosive 🧨. Only a few more days to wait

We had home science which was basically learning how to cook, I was the only boy in the class of 23 girls, I got ribbed about it but I didn’t care about it, I was a better cook than most of the girls in the class and there were quite a few of them who were not happy when I got top marks for my sponge cakes and other items that I made, I enjoy cooking.

I think that teaching people how to manage a budget, household bills etc should be a mandatory subject in high school and maybe ditch a subject that is totally useless.

These two need to sit down and talk through things, now before disaster strikes. I also was wondering why Matt was filling out apartment applications, but he seriously needs to sort out his finances first as he has the extra cost of expenses of baby clothes etc, and will Seamus still want to look after Aidan once Matt moves out? Will he still be readily available? -

At last they have finally kissed, but Matt has had a lot happen in his life in such a short space of time that I think that he can be forgiven for not recognising the hints that Seamus was dropping, but after Seamus asked Matt and Aidan to move in with him, that should have given Matt a big clue. ❤️ -

Where does Zoltan get off telling Gus who he can and can’t date? He doesn’t own him and can’t control him, despite what zoltan thinks, it also makes me wonder why they bought a house in a small country town, things don’t add up. I think that there is a lot of greed where zoltan is concerned, he fears that he will miss out on a lot of money and opportunities he gets ridding off Gus’s coattails. Poor Rick and Gus. 😒

It’s interesting that people assume that Rita is engaged to Rick, talk about making an ass out of u & me. What is it with Wanda not believing Rick when he says that he is not getting married to Rita, she would honestly believe the old busy bodies in the town than Rick, small town, small minds. I commented in an earlier chapter that Rita was wanting to build houses on College Hill, it was so obvious, I think that she has gotten engaged to someone on the school board.
